Labor & Employment Attorney – Boston, MA No Billable Burnout | Non-Partnership Track | Meaningful Work A nationally respected law firm is hiring a Labor & Employment Attorney for its Boston office in a non-partnership track, salaried role. This is a perfect fit for experienced attorneys who want to continue practicing at a high level—without the pressure of chasing extreme billables. With a reasonable billable hour range (1400–1800) and full benefits, this position is ideal for candidates who value client service, case ownership, and sustainable career growth.
