The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment/Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our Dallas office. You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment and Litigation practice groups. The Day-To-Day As a Labor & Employment/Litigation associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You Have A combination of 2-4 years of labor & employment and commercial litigation experience. A collegial, cooperative approach and enjoy working with experienced lawyers, sharing ideas, resources and best practices. Excellent academic credentials. Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be admitted to the Texas State Bar or meet the requirements to waive in.
