May transport students as necessary. * The Labor Grounds Maintenance transports equipment and/or commodities to the center. * Performs all landscaping and minor construction tasks as well as snow removal and exterior grounds keeping including the pickup and removal of center trash and general building maintenance assignments. * May perform interior and exterior janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments according to work orders. * Ensures that all tools and equipment are in good repair and kept in appropriate storage sheds and closets. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required. * Prefer one year of work experience with knowledge landscaping and maintaining grounds to include lawn care, planting, trimming, watering, raking etc. * Able to complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives. * Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred. * Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy. *This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a person assigned to this job.
