  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • With at least three (3) years of experience in labor relations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, including the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE regulations, and other relevant legislation.
  • Solid experience in handling LMC, drafting company policies and leading due process.
  • Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Labor-Management Committee (LMC) Support

  • Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings between management and employees through the LMC.

  • Work closely with both management and employee council to address and resolve workplace issues.

  • Ensure that LMC discussions and decisions are in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Handling DOLE/NLRC Cases

  • Assist in representing the company in DOLE/NLRC hearings and ensure that legal and regulatory requirements are met.

  • Prepare and submit required documentation to DOLE in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Employee Discipline

  • Monitor, facilitate, and resolve employee disciplinary cases.

  • Oversee investigation and administrative hearings.
  • Draft NTE, NOD, and other related employee discipline memorandum.
