Key Responsibilities:
Labor-Management Committee (LMC) Support
Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings between management and employees through the LMC.
Work closely with both management and employee council to address and resolve workplace issues.
Ensure that LMC discussions and decisions are in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handling DOLE/NLRC Cases
Assist in representing the company in DOLE/NLRC hearings and ensure that legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Prepare and submit required documentation to DOLE in a timely and accurate manner.
Employee Discipline
Monitor, facilitate, and resolve employee disciplinary cases.
