Your future responsibilities:

• They are responsible for the chemical, physical and microbiological analysis of raw, intermediate and finished milk-based products.
• They manage the taking and preparation of samples from the production plant for subsequent examination and quality assurance.
• They coordinate and are responsible for the evaluation, assessment, documentation and communication of the results in accordance with our QM system.
• In their daily work, they support the maintenance and upkeep of the laboratory.

Your profile for the position of Laboratory Technician (m/f/d):

• Ideally, you have completed training as a dairy laboratory technician or similar (e.g., chemical laboratory technician, food chemist, food technologist, dairy laboratory technician, physics laboratory technician) and can already demonstrate several years of professional experience in food analysis (milk and dairy technology).
• They have a high level of quality and hygiene awareness and possess extensive knowledge of the hygiene regulations for food production.
• A reliable, independent and team-oriented work style is a matter of course for you, and you are used to reacting flexibly and independently to new challenges.
• Working in a 3-shift system with a willingness to work on holidays and weekends is always feasible for her.
• Her profile is rounded off by her daily use of the common MS Office programs.
