Job Description
We’re now looking for a proactive and detail-focused Laboratory Administrative Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our operations. This is an ideal role for someone who’s excited to grow their career in a mission-led scientific environment.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a key part of the SSAS admin team, you’ll keep our systems and processes running efficiently behind the scenes so that our scientists and technicians can focus on world-class testing and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering day-to-day administrative support to ensure regulatory standards are consistently met.
  • Accurately processing customer invoices and ensuring timely submission.
  • Updating and maintaining customer data in CRM systems to reflect contracts and service agreements.
  • Communicating with clients by phone and email on routine matters like sample receipts and paperwork.
  • Coordinating supply orders so that goods arrive at the right time and in the right quantities.
  • Generating automated reports to share operational and business performance metrics.
