Laboratory Administrator  Let's Take it On The Lab  Head Office, Leicester Working Pattern: Typically 3 days in office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm. Everything we do represents genuine value for money. The Role As a Lab Administrator, you’ll bridge the gap between our warehouse and US testing labs. This role blends hands on packing with high level data management to ensure our products clear customs without a hitch. What You’ll Take On We are looking for candidates to support in our Lab on a part time basis. The role involves managing sub-contracted external submissions, performing various administrative duties, and providing technical support using your knowledge of textiles. You’ll engage closely with product teams to build effective working relationships and contribute to the smooth running of the laboratory by supporting testing areas as needed. Overall, you’ll play a key part in delivering a first-class service and helping to drive improvements through automation and process efficiency. What You’ll Bring As a Lab Administrator, you’ll bridge the gap between our warehouse and US testing labs. This role blends hands-on packing with high-level data management to ensure our products clear customs without a hitch. You are a detail-oriented professional who excels at organising both physical inventory and complex paperwork. You understand that precision in the warehouse prevents delays at the border. Core Responsibilities: * Inventory Integrity: Cross-reference physical stock with digital manifests for total accuracy. * Data Entry: Maintain precise spreadsheets to track product flow and lab samples. * Customs Preparation: Generate the specialised documentation required for seamless international transit. * Logistics Flow: Coordinate shipments to ensure timely arrival at 3rd party compliance labs.
