Company : Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Laboratory Administrator to join our award-winning team at our world class laboratory in Archerfield, Brisbane. This is a 12-month fixed term, Monday to Friday role. As a Laboratory Administrator you will: Undertake data entry and ensure it is performed accurately and timely Handle customer enquires in a professional and efficient manner. Prepare reports as directed for distribution Accurate customer invoicing in a timely manner Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and initiate follow up actions where necessary Perform general administration tasks, e.g. mailing, scanning, laminating, binding, stock control Achieve daily goals Occasional laboratory assistance Who are we and why work with us?
