Job Description ROLE OVERVIEW Job Title: Laboratory Analyst Job Type: 12 month FTC Location: Whitegate, Co. Cork Hours: 40hrs per week Salary: €38,000 – €43,000 per annum DOE Industry: Oil, Gas & Chemical Overview of the role Provide functional support within the laboratory using testing equipment as agreed with management. Conduct quality testing and reporting using workflows, templates etc, ensuring proper documentation and method of testing. Help identify, promote and improve best practices within a Laboratory environment. Deliver and promote best practices for administration of Lab applications and results. Assist in day-to-day housekeeping as and when required. Take on additional tasks when required to ensure smooth running of the Laboratory environment. Qualifications You will also have the following… 3rd level education in science subject is essential Experience in Hydrocarbon / Environmental water testing & analysis is desirable Sustainability qualification also an advantage Fluency in both written and spoken English.
