Your start in the Quality Team at ESN & More !  As a Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d), you will support our quality control laboratory with all preparatory and organizational tasks and ensure that samples, materials, and laboratory workstations are always optimally prepared for analysis. You have completed vocational training or have an interest in laboratory work, and we offer you an ideal entry into the laboratory world of an internationally operating food company – with structured onboarding and development opportunities up to Chemical Laboratory Assistant. Your mission with us

You receive samples, label and divide them, and prepare them for analysis.
You prepare laboratory equipment, consumables and reagents, and ensure clean, ready-to-use workplaces.
You will record and maintain laboratory-relevant data in the LIMS and support the documentation of test procedures.
You support the laboratory team in preparatory tasks and carry out routine work according to SOPs.
You comply with hygiene, quality and occupational safety regulations and participate in 5S and improvement measures.
You will assist with inventories and the preparation of internal and external audits.

Your experience & skills

You have completed vocational training, ideally in the natural sciences, food technology or technical field – but career changers with an interest in laboratory work are also welcome.
Ideally, you have some initial experience in a laboratory or in food production, but this is not a requirement.
You work carefully, in a structured manner, and reliably.
You have good German skills and basic PC skills (MS Office); experience with LIMS is an advantage.
You are a team player, responsible, and enjoy working in a structured environment.
