• Carry out Mechanical Testing i.e., Tensile Test, Brinell, Vickers, Webster and hardness test.
• Conduct CMM Measurement, Surface Roughness etc.
• Sample Preparation of Aluminium Profiles for the Required Tests.
• Knowledge on Metallurgical Sample Preparations and Microscope.
• Process monitoring for extrusions process and ageing oven survey.
• Knowledge on Thermal Process Monitoring.
• Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgy required.
