Job description

As a laboratory technician (m/f/d) in microbiology, you will carry out routine analysis of drinking, process, mineral and table water as well as hygiene and consumer goods using various measuring systems and analytical methods.
You evaluate research results, document them carefully, and assist in their professional assessment.
Implementing hygiene measures and monitoring hygiene in the S2 laboratory are part of your daily work routine.
You actively support us in maintaining and continuously improving our high quality standards.
You will independently carry out the maintenance, care and calibration of the laboratory equipment used.
In addition, you will assist with the management of consumables and with the creation and updating of test instructions.

Qualifications

You have completed training in the biological, chemical, medical-technical or comparable scientific field, e.g. as a BTA , CTA , MTA , PTA or laboratory technician .
Prior laboratory experience is advantageous, but not required. What's most important to us is a meticulous work ethic, reliability, and an interest in laboratory work.
You have excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written.
You work reliably, carefully and in a structured manner.
You have a quick grasp of concepts and approach tasks in a solution-oriented manner.
You enjoy teamwork and take responsibility for your tasks.
Your profile is rounded off by an independent and quality-conscious work ethic.
