Job Description SGS are seeking a Full time Laboratory Assistant to join the team in Pilgangoora. Responsibilities include, However, not limited to: Quality and quantity of samples produced. Perform sample preparation to a high standard. Weigh samples accurately in an efficient manner. Maintain daily production numbers. Perform tasks as required. Task allocation will vary according to workload and may include assisting in other areas of the laboratory. Understand and perform laboratory methods and procedures. Maintain good housekeeping in the ICP laboratory area and associated areas. Qualifications The successful applicant will have: Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques (preferred). Previous experience working within a laboratory environment. Previous experience in sample preparation. Demonstrated understanding and knowledge in moisture, LOI, and fusing techniques.
