Description:

We seek to appoint a Laboratory Attendant to Comparative Medicine Unit (CMU) to support the activities of the unit. Comparative Medicine Unit is the central animal research facility in the college. CMU’s mission is to advance knowledge and improve the health and well-being of humans and animals through the provision of world-class facilities and infrastructure, and service of excellence to the research community at Trinity. CMU is central to the delivery of highly impactful research in the Schools of Biochemistry and Immunology, Genetics and Microbiology, Medicine and to several of Trinity’s Research Institutes and Centres (TBSI, TTMI, TCIN).
Post status: Permanent Contract
Hours of Post: 39 hours per week
Salary: Appointment will be made on the Laboratory Attendant 1 pay scale (Fortnightly scale: €1,146.08 to €1,331.24) at a point in line with Government Pay Policy. Please note: New Entrants to the Public Sector will be appointed to Point 1 on the scale.
