This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check. The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with academic staff to design and develop new experiments and activities for biology practical courses.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of Laboratory Technicians, providing training and support to ensure high-quality laboratory experiences.
  • Laboratory Operations: Manage laboratory resources, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient learning environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for first-year biology subjects, including communication management and Learning Management System updates.
