• Develop, optimize and perform complex testing and advanced sample analysis
• Planning and execution of experimental program within deadlines
• Project management and taking the lead
• Calibrate, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Support research & development projects
• First contact for HSE-topics, ensure HSE-compliance for the whole company
• Contribute to scientific publications
• Familiarise and be able to do training on devices manufactured by FXL
