We are looking for someone passionate about innovation and technology who wants to be part of a team that continuously challenges existing solutions. You will contribute to research and development projects, exploring new materials and technologies while improving existing processes to achieve more efficient and sustainable solutions for our customers. Vipo is a leading provider of polymer-based solutions for critical industrial applications.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Bring innovation to test standards and equipment to improve work processes.
  • Actively participate in the development and testing of new materials, raw material substitution, and sustainable solutions in collaboration with the HSEQ and Operations teams.
  • Plan, execute, and report tests related to both commercial and innovation projects.
  • Contribute to the improvement and development of existing testing and work methods.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to bring new technologies and solutions to the market.

Wanted Qualifications:

  • A technical education equivalent to at least a bachelor’s degree / 3-year engineering degree.
  • Experience from industry or development environments.
  • A strong interest in innovation, materials, and sustainable development.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to the team’s overall success.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Masters Norwegian and English orally and in writing.
