ABOUT US:

Innovative Diagnostics is a dynamic and growing pathology laboratory specializing in delivering academic-level diagnostic services and expedited tissue processing support assisted by innovative immunodiagnostics and molecular pathology. As we expand our operations and upgrade our infrastructure, we’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced LIS Program Manager to oversee and manage our laboratory information systems, interfaces, data management, and IT infrastructure.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The LIS Program Manager will play a key role in supporting and maintaining all information systems within the lab, including our Laboratory Information System (LIS), interfaces, equipment integration, data management, and broader IT ecosystem (servers, network, cloud, and office/lab equipment). You will also lead new LIS installations and go-live activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information/Computer Technology, Data Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in lab management or managing Laboratory Information System
• Understanding of lab or production workflow
• Preferred experience with laboratory startup or LIS go-live support
• Preferred knowledge of HIPAA, CLIA, College of American Pathologists (CAP) and/or Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) requirements
