Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality Job Description Responsibilities Handle daily testing submissions; Handle samples to warehouse in/out process; Provide quotation and follow-up orders; Filing hardcopy documents (submission related); Handle ad-hoc assignment as required. Qualifications Bachelor degree or undergraduate in chemistry, textile, engineering Familiar with ISO 17025 quality system and requirements. Good interpersonal and communication skill Self-initiated, independent and a good team player Good communication in English and Vietnamese language Self-motivated and work well in a team. Additional Information - 6 months internship - Able to work 3-4 days a week (8am to 5pm) -potential to change to full time contract
Responsibilities
The intern will handle daily testing submissions and manage the samples warehouse in/out process. Additional responsibilities include providing quotations, following up on orders, and filing related documents.
