Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality Job Description Responsibilities Handle daily testing submissions; Handle samples to warehouse in/out process; Provide quotation and follow-up orders; Filing hardcopy documents (submission related); Handle ad-hoc assignment as required. Qualifications Bachelor degree or undergraduate in chemistry, textile, engineering Familiar with ISO 17025 quality system and requirements. Good interpersonal and communication skill Self-initiated, independent and a good team player Good communication in English and Vietnamese language Self-motivated and work well in a team. Responsibilities

The intern will manage daily testing submissions, handle warehouse sample processes, and provide quotations to clients. Additionally, they will be responsible for filing submission documents and completing ad-hoc assignments.
