THE OPPORTUNITY – LABORATORY MANAGER, DUBBO

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our Dubbo laboratory. You’ll be hands-on with testing and also lead a skilled team of soil and concrete technicians, ensuring high-quality results and on-time project delivery.
You’ll also work directly with clients, maintain NATA standards, and help develop junior staff—all while driving continuous improvement on site.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 6+ years’ CMT experience - You may be a Senior Tech, Supervisor, Annex Manager or Lab Manager looking for the next step up or opportunity. We’re open to discussions!
  • Previous lab / annex lab management or team leadership
  • Commercial and client-facing experience (ideal)
  • NATA Signatory experience highly regarded
  • Solid knowledge of Australian Standards
  • Nuclear Density Gauge licence (essential)
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A mentor’s mindset – able to train and support junior techs
