POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Lab Manager to lead and support the daily operations of our laboratory and production teams. This role is responsible for ensuring manufacturing, quality control, inventory, and compliance standards are consistently met or exceeded. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing processes, maintaining compliance, and managing a team toward excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of lab management or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and lab safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience using project/task management tools like Asana.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and online selling platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon) is a plus.

Production & Fulfillment:

• Ensure 100% of PCR kits and Mobile Phase bags are manufactured and fulfilled on time to meet internal and customer demand.

Quality Control:

• Oversee and ensure 100% of Filtrous products undergo timely and accurate QC testing.

Inventory Management:

• Manage the team to organize and list 100% of overstock lab products on e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon.

Compliance & Safety:

• Maintain ongoing fire safety compliance through regular inspections and audits.
• Maintain ISO certification standards, conducting and supporting regular ISO audits.

Auditing & Continuous Improvement:

• Conduct five comprehensive lab audits per quarter to assess and improve lab operations, safety, and quality protocols.

Team & Task Management:

• Manage time cards and attendance records for all direct reports to ensure accurate payroll and scheduling.
• Create and maintain Asana task assignments and timelines to track team responsibilities and project progress.
