WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing employees and technical deliverables within a laboratory setting in an archaeological setting, preferable in cultural resource management.

  • Development of Laboratory Processes and Procedures
    o Creation and implementation of templates, policies and procedures
    o Coordinate and conduct quality control on processes and deliverables
    o Contribute to corporate business strategies
    o Change management

o High-level health & safety oversight of laboratory operations

o Recruitment and hiring
o Staff project assignments and time tracking
o Employee professional and leadership development

o Issue mediation and resolution

  • Laboratory Project Management

o Coordination and general supervision of Laboratory projects
o Project scheduling and progress tracking
