JOB SUMMARY:

The Lab Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinical laboratory, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and staff development. This leadership role involves collaboration across teams to enhance workflow, implement quality standards, and align operations with strategic goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field

(Associate degree accepted if enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with completion in 24 months)

• Minimum 5 years of lab experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must be eligible to work under federally funded healthcare programs (Medicare/Medicaid). The role serves a diverse patient population and requires cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,648.00 - $112,000.00 per year
