In your role, you will examine microbiological samples according to legal requirements and Gerolsteiner quality standards, ensuring a reliable and precise evaluation.
You will work in a laboratory environment of protection level S2, conduct training courses and take responsibility for the safe and compliant operation of the S2 laboratory.
Your responsibilities include independent organization and resource planning for the field of microbiology, as well as ensuring efficient processes in everyday laboratory work.
You develop and optimize testing and detection methods, especially for specific types of germs, and contribute to the further development of the area in the sense of the continuous improvement process (CIP).
Your responsibilities include maintaining, documenting and further developing germ databases, conducting literature searches and supervising bachelor's and master's theses.
As an interface between quality assurance and production, you support microbiological issues, document and manage deviations, control appropriate measures and grant product releases based on your professional assessments.
