We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you’ll work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to drive efficiency and deliver high-quality laboratory services that make a real difference in patient care.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support Excellence: Assist the Laboratory Services Management team with queries and maintain seamless operations.
• Data Intelligence: Create and enhance reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, Freshservice, and more. You’ll monitor performance, analyse KPIs, and generate actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Drive Projects: Tackle ad hoc projects, coordinate tasks, and visit business sites to ensure success.
• create innovative solutions in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
