QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
We are looking to recruit a full-time and permanent Laboratory Services & Tender Manager.
Reporting to the UKI Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our laboratory services business across EMEA. We are seeking a highly analytical and sales-driven professional to manage and grow our laboratory service business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sample tracking, invoicing, tender submissions, managed service agreements, and driving business development efforts targeting academic research and pharmaceutical customers.
We offer a wide range of services including NIPT testing, Whole genome/exome sequencing, DNA extractions etc. You will be working in collaboration with the UKI Sales Manager and the clinical laboratory manager
As the commercial laboratory service manager, you will be expected to identify, develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with Academic research customers as well as pharma. Identify the most profitable customer segments & create opportunities and agreements to ensure that you are gaining the highest amount of revenue for the business.
You will oversee the entire lifecycle of tender submissions for Europe. This involves identifying opportunities, preparing competitive bids, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.
Measured by the achievement of growth and financial targets for the identified accounts and countries.
You will be expected to issue and maintain pricing, produce quotations and manage an active account pipeline through the SalesForce CRM system.
