Mô tả công việc Review and sign results of complicated tests or the tests with abnormal observation before sending them to CS team to prepare reports for clients timely and/or report to Manager to get advices. Study and review test methods, SOP, client’s manuals and prepare the proper resources to ensure that jobs are conducted in compliance with required methods/ SOP/ manuals. Study new test methods to be developed, improve current methods and assign the tasks to his/her technical team. Summarize the validation/verification process before it is reviewed by Lab manager. Train the test methods and instruments operation for technical team Responsible for quality management system (ISO 17025) including: Keep lab activities (test methods, SOP, WS, records, QC practices, instruments, etc.) controlled, maintained and updated Ensure day-to-day compliance in HSE & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, equipment calibration, ISO17025, etc.) and escalate potential operation risk. Perform other tasks assigned by the Lab Managers. Responsibilities

The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for reviewing and signing results of complex tests, ensuring compliance with test methods and SOPs, and training the technical team. They also manage the quality management system and ensure day-to-day compliance with HSE and quality standards.
