We are looking for an experienced and organized Laboratory Supervisor to lead operations in our Industrial Testing Laboratory. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day laboratory workflows. The successful candidate will oversee a team of chemists and technicians performing analytical testing on industrial materials including metals, chemicals, polymers, fuels, and coatings.

• Supervise and coordinate daily lab operations and testing activities to meet client deadlines.
• Ensure proper execution of test procedures in accordance with ISO 17025, ASTM, EPA, and company standards.
• Review and approve analytical data, reports, and Certificates of Analysis.
• Train, mentor, and schedule laboratory staff to maintain high performance and safety.
• Manage inventory of lab supplies, reagents, and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee method development and validation for new testing capabilities.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with quality assurance systems.
• Act as a liaison between the laboratory and clients, regulatory bodies, and internal departments.
• Investigate and resolve technical or quality-related issues promptly.
