Job Description Key Responsibilities Work independently and collaboratively in a client‑facing laboratory environment Support raw material evaluations and investigation studies through hands‑on laboratory tasks Prepare buffers, media, and other laboratory solutions Perform general lab support activities, including BSC cleaning and bioreactor assembly Complete and review laboratory documentation and logbook entries accurately and on time Enter data into quality and compliance systems to support regulatory standards Partner with stakeholders and managers to prioritize and coordinate laboratory support needs Follow all GMP and regulatory requirements and help maintain inspection readiness at all time Opportunities you'll gain: Further develop your hands‑on lab experience with training and support Exposure to regulated biotech/pharma environments Opportunity to collaborate with scientists, operations, and quality teams Builds a strong foundation in GMP, documentation, and data integrity Qualifications High School Diploma - Associate's Degree preferred Must have laboratory operations experience Availability to work full time, first shift, on a long-term basis Strong Computer and Organizational skills cGMP experience is desirable.
