POSITION SUMMARY:

The Laboratory Support Technician (m/f/d) provides comprehensive technical and operational support to ensure smooth functioning of laboratory activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical education in chemistry, biology, or related field, or equivalent laboratory experience.
  • Good knowledge of laboratory safety, GMP/GSP requirements, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and preparing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure world-class functionality.
  • Perform routine checks, calibrations, and functional tests on instruments to maintain outstanding accuracy.
  • Prepare buffers, GMP/GSP solutions, reagents, wash buffers, quench solutions, and other laboratory solutions following strict protocols.
  • Manage consumables through ordering, KanBan tracking, restocking, and inventory control to ensure seamless operations.
  • Safely collect, segregate, and dispose of chemical, solvent, and pharmaceutical waste; maintain hazard registers and safety documentation.
  • Support internal logistics including shipment of materials, mail distribution, and archiving of lab records.
  • Conduct non-GMP laboratory activities such as LCMS vial cleaning, chromatography solvent preparation, and general lab upkeep.
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs, GMP/GSP regulations, and site safety guidelines to ensure compliance and safety.
