Description
  • Implementing test methods, work instructions and protocols, including gauge R&R, for the full functional test suite: dose accuracy, delivery time, activation force, hold force, cap removal, needle extension, needle depth, lockout, priming, needle penetration and visual inspection
  • Confirming methods and results against the agreed specifications, and flagging where a spec is a challenge or can't be met
  • Supporting protocol execution, including planned deviations and post-test justifications for use of data
  • Assessing and dispositioning atypical and out-of-specification results
  • Resolving write-up errors in real time so testing and data generation aren't held up
  • Leading peer review and approval of the data generated
  • Training and guiding junior technologists, including on Minitab where you have the experience
  • Setting out clear timelines with the project manager and highlighting roadblocks
