Operating within a highly regulated environment, the business supplies precision-engineered products to a diverse customer base and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Your new role

As a Laboratory Technician, you will support quality assurance and testing activities across the business, ensuring products and materials meet customer, regulatory and internal specifications.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting laboratory testing, inspections and analysis of materials and finished products.
  • Maintaining accurate test records, reports and quality documentation.
  • Supporting investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints.
  • Assisting with calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Working closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Supporting internal and external audits.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across quality and laboratory processes.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a laboratory, quality, testing or inspection environment.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience producing accurate technical and quality documentation.
