MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Technical high school diploma with specific master’s training or relevant experience in equipment maintenance.
  • Experience with capital equipment, ideally in cleanroom environments or related industries.
  • Strong mechanical skills and hands-on mentality.
  • Familiarity with vacuum technology and working with chemicals.
  • Able to read technical drawings and process flow diagrams.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Awareness of safety procedures in semiconductor or lab environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of gas lines, heaters, and pump systems.
Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on corrective and preventive maintenance on ASM process equipment and metrology tools.
  • Support facilities upgrades and assist with the installation of new equipment.
  • Track and manage the procurement, logistics, and cleaning of spare parts.
  • Assist with loading of tools and monitoring tool performance.
  • Collaborate with process engineers on tool-related activities.
  • Document maintenance work clearly and accurately.
