Description

Based at Enfield, we are looking for Laboratory Technician to join our Asphalt Technical Services Team. Working as part of a team, this role reports directly to the Laboratory Supervisor. Duties involve undertaking sampling of materials, preparation of test samples, testing and physical analysis of these samples, reporting of test results and maintenance of records.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct testing in accordance with laboratory work instructions, test methods, preparation instructions and manuals.
  • Prescribed calibrations and checks of laboratory test equipment.
  • Maintain, observe, and participate in the statutory Safety requirements of the Laboratory.
  • Maintenance of the Laboratory NATA accreditation requirements.
  • Other duties as directed by the Section Head.
  • Occasional relief Field Testing may be required.
