WHAT WE NEED

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a laboratory and/or product supply environment
• Minimum of an MBO-4 education in laboratory engineering or a related field
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Motivation and good attention to detail
• Expertise with general laboratory practices and sterile techniques

• Prepare and process seed samples for testing, including performing serial dilutions and plating
• Assist with setting up bioassays and maintain inventory and controls
• Document test results accurately and use LabVantage for data management
• Collect, count, and prepare vegetable seed samples for testing
• Follow all rules for quality and plant health (phytosanitary) standards
• Help keep lab equipment in good condition and support certification processes
• Follow safety, quality, and phytosanitary regulations while supporting the tea
