Job description

Your tasks

• Awarding and processing external testing orders: Main responsibility for commissioning external laboratories including full order processing - order creation, sample shipping, laboratory communication as well as reporting and invoice management.
• Service provider control and offer management: Obtaining and maintaining offer information from external service providers in accordance with normative specifications regarding prices, test durations and test specifications.
• Technical customer communication (DE/EN): Processing customer inquiries about test extensions and technical topics, coordinating delays in deadlines and additional material requests, as well as involving the responsible technical contacts.
• Customer-laboratory coordination: Ensuring the flow of information on test extensions between customers and the respective departments
• Technical guidance and data maintenance: Induction and technical training of employees in their own area of ​​responsibility as well as maintenance of status changes of external and internal samples in the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
• Sample Preparation: Assist in sample preparation for chemical analysis of inorganic and organic contaminants.
