YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Laboratory Technician (f/m/x), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory, supporting both routine activities and small-scale studies with accuracy and efficiency. Your main responsibilities include:

• Executing and documenting laboratory work according to defined priorities and timelines
• Performing routine tasks as well as designing and carrying out small-scale studies using established protocols
• Organizing and maintaining laboratory operations, equipment, and documentation systems
• Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the proper functioning of laboratory instruments
• Managing ordering processes, consumables, and material inventory
• Writing, reviewing, and validating laboratory protocols to ensure compliance and consistency

You are a great match for this role if you are passionate about laboratory work, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative scientific environment. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

• Completed education in a medical or scientific field (e.g., BTA, MTA, CTA) or equivalent education
• Solid knowledge of molecular biology techniques
• General understanding of laboratory procedures and their applications
• Strong laboratory practice and documentation skills with a focus on accuracy and reliability
• Excellent time management and self-organization skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in both German and Englis
