SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferably IANZ experience within a mechanical testing program.
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Office Applications in particular Word and Excel, LIMS, SAP, google workspace .
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Purpose of the role is to support the company’s quality control process through the timely and accurate development, testing and reporting of physical laboratory services for testing of routine and external samples.

EY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Understand the Quality Management System implicitly and comply fully with it.
  • Promptly report and act on any serious product performance issues or problems.
  • Inspect alleged defective test specimens to determine their test compliance.
  • Inspect and report on inconsistencies in laboratory testing tolerances.
  • Monitor, manage and comply with all ITP’s, monitor quality controls and compliance testing to ensure frequencies are in accordance with ITP’s and budgets.
  • Identify and record any test procedure problems, and verify the implementation of solutions.
  • Adhere to all IANZ testing, reporting and associated requirements.
  • Maintain the laboratory and all associated testing equipment in accordance with Internal and IANZ requirements.
