We’re looking for a motivated Production Technician to operate cutting-edge equipment for conventional semen processing and cell sorting in a clean, controlled environment. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, this is your chance to be part of an innovative team driving agricultural progress. You Will Operate production instruments and automated systems for semen processing and cell sorting. Prepare equipment and materials for production runs. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues alongside your team. Maintain accurate production records and verify documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimisation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality requirements. Work flexibly across multiple production areas to meet business needs. Requirements GCSE-level education or equivalent. Experience in a laboratory or fast-paced manufacturing/FMCG environment (preferred). Strong attention to detail and commitment to “Right First Time” principles. Basic maths skills and computer literacy. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team. Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities. Responsibilities
The Laboratory Technician will operate production instruments for semen processing and cell sorting while maintaining accurate production records. They will also troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
