We’re Hiring: Laboratory Tech | Prescott Valley, AZ

HealthOp is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join a healthcare laboratory team in Prescott Valley, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented laboratory professional who values accuracy, quality, and reliable patient testing.

In this role, you’ll perform routine through high-complexity testing and support laboratory operations across chemistry, hematology, toxicology, and molecular diagnostics. Responsibilities may include molecular and PGX workflows, nucleic acid extraction, quality control, troubleshooting, and LC-MS/MS toxicology confirmation testing using Shimadzu instrumentation.

Position highlights:

• Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

• Salary: $76,000–$98,000, depending on experience

• Laboratory setting in Prescott Valley, AZ

• Leadership or supervisory laboratory experience preferred

• ASCP or AMT certification preferred

• MLT candidates with relevant molecular, PGX, or toxicology experience will be considered
