QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in a chemical laboratory or industrial lab setting
• Strong foundation in general chemistry and analytical techniques
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment, data analysis, and digital tools (SAP, Power BI)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field preferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts (day/night)
• Occasional overtime and use of respiratory protection equipment may be required

• Perform chemical analysis on raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods
• Operate and troubleshoot lab instruments (e.g., gas chromatograph, viscometer, spectrophotometer, pH meter)
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to improve lab efficiency
• Document results using SAP, LabWare, and Microsoft Office
• Lead audits, root cause investigations, and quality initiatives
• Mentor new lab staff and support standard operating procedures (SOPs)
