Job Description The Lab Technician I handles samples, performs analyses and reports accurate and timely data according to Laboratory Operating Procedures and test methodologies. JOB FUNCTIONS Homogenizes samples following standard protocols. Assists with cleaning laboratory carts, glassware, racks. Maintains cleanliness of laboratory work surfaces. Maintains records of all quality activities as required in Operating Procedures and Test Methods. Performs applicable testing with proper proficiency training with Supervision. Maintains and verifies equipment Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Interest in Microbiology/Chemistry or related field or commercial laboratory experience.
