Your tasks:

• Conducting microbiological analyses in compliance with applicable quality and GMP guidelines.
• Evaluation and documentation of examination results according to predefined procedures
• Support and ensuring the operational readiness of laboratory equipment, including maintenance, calibration and qualification
• Acceptance, recording, labeling, preparation and storage of samples
• Creation, review and maintenance of work instructions and laboratory documentation
• Support in optimizing laboratory workflows and processes
• Assistance in handling deviations, non-conformities and root cause analyses

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a biology laboratory technician, biological-technical assistant (BTA) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a microbiological laboratory, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment
• Knowledge in the field of microbiological analysis as well as relevant quality and regulatory requirements
• Structured, meticulous and independent work style
• Strong quality awareness and high reliability
• Teamwork and flexibility in everyday work
• Good German skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
