Description

As a Laboratory Technician in our Liquid Development team, you will play a key role in supporting new product development and optimizing recipes. Working closely with experienced Scientists, you will:

  • Conduct lab-scale and pilot-scale trials using state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Apply analytical techniques to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Manage smaller formulation projects, including ingredient replacements and flavor development.
  • Collaborate across departments and with external partners in a dynamic, respectful environment.

You will thrive in our Innovation center, designed to foster creativity, precision, and teamwork.
We are looking for an educated Laboratory Technician with hands-on experience in a lab setting—ideally within food or beverage, but other industries are welcome, too. You enjoy working with laboratory equipment and are curious about how things work, especially when it comes to analytical tools like HPLC.

You bring:

  • A technical education as a Laboratory Technician or similar.
  • Ability of running laboratory equipment independently (experience with running HPLC equipment is a plus).
  • A structured, proactive approach to planning and executing experiments.
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English (Danish is a plus), and confidence using Microsoft Office.
