We are now looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Bitumen Quality Control laboratory in Nynäshamn. About the Role As a Laboratory Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring the quality and performance of our bitumen products. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Technical Support & Development, and other stakeholders, providing reliable analysis and supporting production and product development. Key Responsibilities * Perform laboratory analyses on batch, production, and test samples * Interpret, document, and report results according to our management system * Investigate and support resolution of deviations and non-conformities * Calibrate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on laboratory instruments * Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory methods and testing expertise * Actively promote and contribute to a safe working environment (HSSE) * Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Nynas Management System (NMS) and LEAN principles * Support laboratory housekeeping and maintenance   About you You are a structured and quality-focused professional who enjoys both independent work and teamwork. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate results. You naturally contribute to a positive team environment and uphold high safety standards in everything you do.
