QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in paint formulation, material testing, and research and development
• Previous experience in a paint/steel company is required
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is a strong advantage
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Strong investigative skills for addressing customer product complaints
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities

You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of test results and complaints, contributing to product innovation and continuous improvement in processes and formulations.
