Overview:
Support the implementation and maintenance of Resonetics New Hartfords Quality Systems, inspection, testing and auditing. This requires an understanding (reading, interpreting, distributing, registering, filing) of all documents pertaining to Resonetics Quality System. This position requires a detail-oriented person capable of maintaining records, files, and traceability.

Responsibilities:

  • Sample prep and test for TTR, Tensile and Metallography.
  • Enter test data
  • Organize and review product inspection and test data.
  • Prepare certifications to support shipments.
  • Review and authorize product certifications.
  • Audit final inspection of company products.
  • Audit packaging of company products.
  • Coordinate sample shipment to Luvak and Evans and file results.
  • Maintain customer specifications.
  • Maintain inspection and test work instructions.
  • Coordinate calibration of externally calibrated equipment.
  • Calibrate internally calibrated equipment

Required Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be computer literate, have knowledge of engineering and quality documentation, and be familiar with ISO 9001.
  • The Lab Technician/Quality Assurance Specialist must have high school diploma but a college degree preferred
  • Possess a basic math level.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $20.00 - $24.00/hour
