For an internationally operating industrial company in the field of specialty chemicals and coating technology, we are seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at our Lehrte location. In a modern laboratory environment, you will actively contribute to ensuring consistently high product quality and support production processes through precise analyses and tests.

Tasks

Conducting quality controls on raw materials, intermediate and finished products
Application of physical and chemical testing methods according to established standards
Documentation and evaluation of analysis results
Approval or blocking of products based on test results
Support in root cause analysis for quality deviations
Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and testing instruments
Participation in the further development of testing methods and procedures.
Compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations

Requirements

Completed training as a chemical laboratory assistant, CTA, paint laboratory assistant or comparable qualification
Prior experience in quality control or laboratory work is an advantage.
Confident handling of common analysis and testing procedures
Careful, structured and independent work style
High quality awareness and technical understanding
Teamwork skills and reliability
Good German skills, both spoken and written.
