Job Description SGS is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join the team in Perth for this full time role. Responsibilities include, however not limited to: Perform digestions, solvent extraction and fusion following established procedures. Prepare solutions and reagent according to procedures. Operate instrument and equipment according to the procedures. Ensure quality and quantity of samples produced. Maintain daily production targets. Maintain a safety aware environment. Dispose samples and waste according to defined procedures. Complete balance, dispenser and pipette verification as per schedule. Qualifications Certificate IV in Laboratory skills. Understand and be responsible for basic quality control/assurance procedures and techniques. Work under general to minimal supervision, either individually or in a team environment.
